In a family, no one is well
until all are well
Families benefit most when all parents — including fathers — are actively involved in the care and development of their children. Many systems and services that serve families focus on just one parent. They are missing opportunities to support all parents in gaining competence and confidence.
Families Struggle Together
Individuals working directly with children and families have the skills, knowledge, and dispositions needed to include and support all family members, especially those historically excluded from or underserved by family services.

In 2019, Love, Dad was founded when Kevin Gruenberg, PsyD, and Richard Cohen, Ph.D. recognized the need to include fathers in home visiting services which often focus on children and their mothers.
